As Polifilm, for our employees, our primary goals in our Human Resources policy are;

Recruitment and Placement

In line with our company strategy and goals, we realize our recruitment processes in order to bring the candidates that best suit our personnel needs and qualifications of the position.

It is important for us that our candidates have competencies in line with the corporate vision, values and corporate culture, are highly motivated, open to development and change, have high self-confidence, are well educated and will make a difference in their work.

Candidates whose applications are evaluated and their CVs are approved are interviewed by the relevant department managers and human resources department.

Internship

As Polifilm, first of all, we determine the number of interns that our departments need. Subsequently, we carry out a joint study with the vocational high schools and commercial high schools. After the applications, we provide internship opportunities to our students who are evaluated by the Human Resources department.

Seeing that we have contributed to our high school students to be useful individuals for the region we are in, seeing that we can support their development through our institution, and knowing that we can add value to society in this way motivates us to try to do much more each time.
